Welcome Reception
Welcome Reception will be held in the Conference venue on the first day of the Conference – September 11, 2008, starting at 20.00. The invitation card is included in the registration package for each active participant (presenting the paper). Further participants should book an extra ticket.
Refreshment
Breakfasts are usually included in accommodation charges and are served in the hotel where you are accommodated. Refreshment during the Conference (September 11, 2008) is included in the registration fee and will be served in the Conference venue.
Coffee breaks and lunches
During the Plenary Session and Parallel Session refreshments and lunches will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference badges.
