Formal reception will be held in the Conference venue on November 19, 2009, starting at 20.00. The tag of participant, necessary for entry, is included in the registration package for each active participant (presenting the paper). Further participants should book an extra ticket.
Refreshment
Breakfasts are usually included in accommodation charges and are served in the hotel where you are accommodated. Refreshment during the Conference is included in the registration fee and will be served in the Conference venue.
Coffee breaks and lunches
During the Plenary Sessions and Parallel Sessions refreshments and lunches will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference badges.
